Kenneling Requests

Please print and complete a boarding form. Valid ID must be shown at time of drop off. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to present patients for boarding.

If the patient has had prior vaccines or been seen at another veterinarian please call ahead to have the records sent to Baird's Animal Hospital. If vaccines are not current, they must be administered at the time of drop off.

We do not accept vaccines unless administered by a veterinarian. The records can be sent via email bairdsanimalhospital@gmail.com or via fax (910-739-4996).
