At Baird’s Animal Hospital, we know emergencies don’t wait for regular business hours and neither do we. That's why we proudly offer after-hours emergency services, staffed by seasoned, highly trained veterinary professionals ready to assist you and your pet when urgent care is needed.


Our hospital is fully equipped to handle most critical care cases, and we are excited to offer a brand-new Oxygen Chamber to better accommodate patients in respiratory distress and other life-threatening conditions.

What to Expect

We understand that you want to take the best care of your beloved fur baby, and we are here to support you during difficult times.


  • Emergency visits start at $230, which covers the Emergency Exam Fee.
  • Please note that this fee does NOT include diagnostics, medications, hospitalization, or additional treatments.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • While we do not offer in-house payment plans, we accept third-party financing options, including:
  • CareCredit 
  • Scratchpay
  • AllPet Card
  • All payment plans can be applied for online with instant approval or denial.

If you are seeking emergency care after hours, you must leave a detailed voicemail including:

  • Your full name
  • Your pet’s name
  • A clear description of the current health concern
